Epidemiology & High-Flexion Needs
Osteoarthritis of the knee joint (gonarthrosis) represents one of the leading causes of chronic disability across Kazakhstan, accentuated by demanding rural labor conditions, extreme climatic temperature swings, and an expanding geriatric demographic. Furthermore, traditional lifestyle ergonomics and postural habits necessitate deep flexion performance (>125°–135°), placing significant shear stresses on the tibial post-cam mechanism and femoral condylar interface.
